Kian starts with budget, timing, and how the property has to function. The search stays inside Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC. Showings, inspections, the offer, and settlement follow. Financing can be discussed in the same conversation through Mortgage X Home Loans when the buyer wants that.
A sale starts with a walk of the property and a talk about timing. Price and presentation come next, based on the property and what comparable sales are actually doing. Showings, negotiation, and the contract through settlement follow. This website does not quote an asking price for a property that has not been reviewed.
