Educated in England, Kian was trained to be aggressively efficient and highly motivated. These traits still govern his work ethic today. His all-encompassing real estate career was launched initially in the field of property management. He and his partners soon ventured into residential construction and land development. Residential sub-division, office, retail and industrial real estate development all followed. Kian was educated in England, where he learned to be aggressively efficient and creatively resourceful. upon completion of his education he launched, he launched a career in property management and soon included residential construction and land development. Residential sub-division, office, retail and industrial real estate development all followed. He is certified as a Realtor and loan officer, licensed in Maryland. Virginia, and Washington, D.C, Later in 2013 he expanded his services to offer business services. Today, Kian assists clients with sales and lending services in both residential and commercial real estate. His all-encompassing approach has earned sales topping $500 million for clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.
